"Paid 3000 for alligners. Came in for my 2nd tray. When I walked up the receptionist immediately said "are you julie?" No I'm not. Gave my name and was told I didn't have an appointment with a blank stare. After a short debate over this she went and talked to someone else. Then came back and said nothing blank stare. Then I asked someone else that was walking around and she said yes they are waiting for a room. An hour later I left. Then I recieved a phone call immediately to rectify the issue and they got me in asap. At the end of the day no one is perfect but at least we can try."

"I’m so glad I took a chance & scheduled with Comfort Dental. I do not have a regular dentist that I visit, so I was unsure of what to expect concerning some tooth extractions & cleaning. Dr. Saxton and his colleague Dallas have been a joy to work with for my two back to back appointments! They eased my anxiety, answered all my questions with compassion, didn’t treat me with impatience, and gave me plenty of time in between tasks to catch my breath, sit up, etc. I appreciate the compassionate & comforting care I have received and am actually looking forward to regular visits. "New patient, arrived 15 min prior to filled out paperwork. Appointment was at 2.30 pm. I waited till 3pm (total 45 min in office) I inquired about the appointment; the receptionist just gave a blank stare. No communication to a delay. BAD 1st impression. I canceled that appointment and found another dentist that met my inquiries with enthusiasm."

"They cracked my tooth. I went in as a walk in. I get this can happen. My teeth were pushed together tight. But what I didn't like is how they filed my teeth. They took way too much and now I have a crooked bite. 24, never had a cracked tooth in my life. Now I do. Still can't chew food on that side even after another dentist fixed it. Not only do the teeth not touch, I can't chew on that side because it's so sensitive. Also when I floss there it HURTS. Not sure what's wrong there, but I wouldn't let these people touch my teeth even if they paid me. Cue the "wErE sOrRy AbOuT yOuR ExPeRiEnCe" comment. Lol."

Andrea made me feel very at ease and comfortable throughout the procedure, making sure I was okay and not feeling any pain. She really cares..Dr. Adams made sure I was comfortable and prased Andrea for a job well done. Their professionalism and care for each of their parts with my care was exemplary! The front desk receptionist and check out receptionist were very friendly. I look forward to returning for my follow up visit...unlike previous dental visits.
