"I enjoyed my dentist and the assistant! They were really amazing! But when you go from telling me at the beginning that I am only to be paying so much to trying to inform me that I would then have to pay more right in the middle of my ortho treatment, it does cause anxiety… especially when someone doesn’t have the money to spend anymore and has worked hard to save up what money they had before to pay what they did."

"Bait and switch on their pricing. Wife and I went in for the $79 new patient special for exam, X-rays and a cleaning. After X-rays and exam (an hour in the chair with gums raw and bleeding now) got the real estimate what the price would be for this cleaning. Over $5k for the two of us. I explained that we had no insurance and were just was there for a simple cleaning and was told they would not do it without extensive costly work first. All we wanted was someone to scrape the plaque off our teeth at a reasonable price. This was not that place. Get ready to hemorrhage money if you visit this practice."

"Went for my wife and experience was not bad. After care/follow-up is extremely terrible. I emailed my proof of dental insurance, no response, talked to an agent, oh there are no notes of that or a follow up appointment. Also asked for the records to be emailed to my wife so we can go to a different place. No records were sent. Not doing business here again. I recommend you don't waste your time."
