"A deservedly 5 star service. Best dental experience I've ever had that was almost ruined by a condescending receptionist. Dr Randall is a great dentist and most of his staff is excellent and really show compassion and care for the patients. Receptionist treated me like I was in the wrong place. She gave me paperwork for someone else forcing me to have to return right after my surgery for the correct forms. I had follow up questions for the Dr. She made me wait 20 min in the lobby while she stepped in the back to talk about me with someone else. Don't think she realizes how thin the walls are. Just to come back out and lie to me saying she asked the Dr, only to have him personally call me to check on me and tell me he had no knowledge of me returning to his office or of any questions I had. Why lie? Even had something smart to say as i walked in for my follow up. Receptionist is giving major Karen vibes, but if you can get past that, the rest of the experience is great! Hopefully, she doesn't rub off on her replacement and I can return one day."
