"This is probably the most unprofessional office I have ever seen! the people at the front desk are rude and condescending! their vocabulary is limited to street speak! The Dentists are very rude and unprofessional as well! I didn't even know what dentist was going to be working with me each time I came out! save yourself some time and peace of mind and go somewhere else!"

"Dr Lachica is so rude and will stab your child in the mouth and then tell them they are bleeding because they don't brush. Dr Lachica also told me we just need to have a deep cleaning and brush for a week and told me rudly that I needed to listen to the brushing instructions which was weird because i know how to brush my teeth and im not going to brush my teenagers teeth for them. we were suppose to come back in a week so I made that appointment while we were in the office. Once we left she called me to tell me she wants to take my kids braces off. That is the opposite of what she said in office. When she called me she was also rude. And her verbiage was considerably aggressive."

"I’m a Surgery Patient of Kids Choice Braces, and I’ve had an amazing experience. I also want to point out Vanessa, I have personally asked for her many times to be the one on my case and she is so willing to work with me. She has gone above and beyond for me and my case. I’ve been denied so many times and my case has so much going on and everytime I see her she always has a great attitude and is always telling me they will figure it out. Even work wise she has gone so far to get answers for me and has never made it seem inconvenient. She works so well with people and is so considerate, its crazy. She always always seems like she knows exactly what she’s talking about and how to do her job and she takes the time to let me do things in the middle of her job, like brush my teeth when she takes off my wires because she knows it bothers me when i have food and this is pertinent because she doesn’t only just do her job, she listens to what her patient likes and does not like and works around that. She is the type to build a professional relationship with her patients and isn’t the type to just see a patient and just another one she has to work on quickly and get them out of the office. She clearly takes pride in her job and loves her job. She’s amazing and I always get excited now to have an appointment because I get to catch up with her. Once again, shes just amazing at what she does!!"

"I though Kids choice was a dental office specializing in children only. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they treat adults as well. I was able to get a lot of much needed dental work done right away. The staff and Doctors at Kids Choice where super helpful and made exceptions to work around my busy schedule. I had an amazing group of experienced ladies that made quick work of all the dental issues i had come in for. Literally the best dentist visit i have ever had (believe it or not). Thank you Maggie, Sandy, and Marina for making my visits (because i had more than one) as painless and pleasant as possible. My dentist was awesome. Thank you for an awesome job Dr. Mohamed"
