"VERY SKETCHY! I booked an appointment here for a dental cleaning but when I got there they said the dentist wasn't there and that I needed to come back a second time to see the actual dentist for insurance to cover it. Therefore 2 months later I did another visit and the dentist looked at me for about 2 minutes then said I was all good. What a waste of time. However, it gets worse. Fast forward to 6 months later I went to (of course) a different dental practice to get my second routine cleaning of the year. While this is normally covered by insurance, my insurance told me that I would have to pay for it out of pocket because 5th ave smile charged me for two visits. Extremely sketchy. Don't waste your time or money here. Bad service and fraudulent billing activity."

Justice did a great job checking in with how I was doing throughout the appointment and offered numbing gel for my discomfort which helped greatly. I have been to the same dentist my whole life and experience more of a client centered experience on my first appointment here than I ever did with my last dentist office. Also was able to get a follow up for the next day, which was awesome."
