"Update 2: I will say, Dr. Chen did make the mistakes right. While I have reservations, I really like Dr. Chen and will strongly consider going back. Update: it's been three weeks. Somehow, they made ANOTHER error on my billing! I set up a billing plan to pay over the course of a few months and they charged me the entire amount on the first month. I don't know how it is acceptable to make this many errors on one patient (there are more). As much as I like Dr. Chen, I don't feel like I can't come back with everything that has happened. I've had very mixed experiences here and it really depends on the dentist and the tech. Dr. Chen is wonderful and the front office staff that is there now is good. I will say, be very meticulous about reviewing your bill. They just surprise billed me hundreds of dollars from a visit over a year ago that they told me I didn't owe anything else on. They worked with me on a payment plan but it an extremely frustrating process and I was told multiple different balances through the process (makes it hard to trust anything). Between that and the fact that the dentist I was with last time, who made me feel awful about myself, I'm super hesitant to come back."
