"I'm not entirely sure why this became a bad experience. It seemed odd at the beginning when I went in with a broken tooth and was never offered any other option than a 7k implant, also with a "pretty much necessary" $1500 lazer cleaning. I had to call to get follow up from the first exam, which was another scheduled appointment to talk about the exam 3 weeks later. When I asked if there were other options, I was told we should wait to hear back on what my insurance may pick up... never heard from them again. That was nearly 2 and a half months ago. The dentist I worked with was very kind and informative, (Dr Patel). The new office representative I worked with on cost and insurance was snippy and consistantly spoke over me in response to me asking about other possible options. She definitely put out the "I have a sales quota to make, and I don't have time for you if you don't take the $1500 lazer cleaning" vibe for me."

He was able to sneak us in with Dr. Patel, who is amazing, for a consultation and to get my wife’s pain treated. Dr. Dhoon then met with both of us to explain how the surgical procedure for extraction would go, and reassured us both that we were in good hands.
