"Lived here 20 years and the dental office has gotten worse and worse. Pulled a tooth and they said go take a Tylenol afterwards. Zero pain meds even though I was hurting very bad! Called to set an appointment for my son (11 years old) who has an adult tooth growing over the top of a baby tooth, told me three months before they could get him in for an appointment. Absolutely absurd, I’ll be taking my whole family to another provider from here out. Worst service you’ll ever have 100% do not recommend!!! Don’t waste your time with these ‘people’…."

"If I could give it less than 1 star I would. First someone suggested this place for cold/fever..wrong..felt horrible with little fever, headache & ringing ears..lady wouldn't do anything but look at me silly. & make appt, maybe get ya n tomorrow nor did she take temp, ask questions or anything but assumed because moved to area it was allgerys.. wrong...where is the professional care when someone needing urgernt care? None. Better urgernt care n larger citys, Unless you're dying or facing emergency don't bother coming here to waste time."

"The people were great. But, the policies they are asked to comply with need to changed. The fact that clients are faced with completing pages of paper work is unnecessary and causes more work for the Staff."

She is highly pro-active, informative, and I feel that she treats my tooth and mouth health like they are her own precious teeth and mouth. It makes going to the dentist “one of my favorite days of the year in regards to self-care. Jodie at the front desk went above and beyond to research the information that was necessary for scheduling my next appointments, for which I am deeply grateful as well. Thank you again, UMC."
