"The only time that I used my policy was for roadside assistance. The experience was highly disruptive. The contracted towing company failed to provide towing, so I was forced to use a different company, ... at the recommendation of the Allstate contracted company. I was billed $190 for the service provided by the recommended company. Allstate paid $120 per their limits. Wyatt in an email told me that he would pay me for the difference, $70. He never paid me the difference (and ignored my multiple calls to his office with questions on why he failed to follow up on his promise)."
