"My wife and I have been with state farm for about 20 years. The company is great but the Ben Mortensen branch has become to much of a pain to want to ever do business with them again. Barbara is not only rude, she gets mad attitude with customers when she screws up. She has an excuse to make it your fault paperwork didn't get done correctly. I have made several requests in my services to be changed or fixed months ago, still have not been fixed, I went straight to Ben, still have not been fixed. Now I'm waiting more than 50 days to close on my mortgage and guess who I'm waiting on since 7.21.23, today is 7.26.23 and all they had to fix was 1 single word and I could have closed on my mortgage. But here we are waiting for another excuse from the Ben Mortensen branch as to why it takes so long to change 1 single word on my home insurance declaration. My family have been loyal customers of state farm for a very long time, we will stay with state farm but not this office."
