"Review: Espire Dental Glendale. The number of dentists listed on the webpage makes me wonder if they are employees or contract dentists on commission. I called on Thursday, they gave me an appointment on Monday. tell tale sign. Espire Dental is a retail chain of dentists with multiple locations. I had $500 in insurance when I made my appointment, so they new that going in. I opted for a spot that said exam and cleaning. They used $329 of my insurance money to take x-rays and determine depth of periodontal gum disease pockets. My pockets were primarily 2, 3, and 4 deep which are lower than they have ever been in 40 years of gum disease, which is good. its only been 2 years since my last deep cleaning and the Espire GENERAL dentist (not a periodontist) recommendation was deep cleaning - several hundred dollars. my teeth do need a good cleaning, but in my opinion although Espire dentists may hold DDS degrees they are really sales people selling cavity's, fillings, deep cleanings, cosmetic services and other dental services. And not really concerned about dental health. I would not recommend and I will not be returning. So they would not clean my teeth today after using up $329.00 of my insurance money. Buyer beware. Also read the pages they ask you to sign. Read the part that says they charge $150.00 to cancel your appointment. Read other 1 star reviews, many say "its all about the money." P.S. Dentist tells you "she/he will check your mouth for cancer. We do this for all of patients." they say it like they are giving you something free, then they charge you $10.00 for it. since this experience by searching the internet i have learned that FRAUD runs rampant in the Dental Industry."

"Super anxious going into the office. Soon as I walked in, it was a nice vibe. Dr. Conor and Katherine were the ones that took care of my treatment. From someone that does not like going to the dentist, it was painless and I’m set to go back for more treatment soon."
