"For some reason, I cannot use the app to order an hour and a half before it closes. And then once I did order, they didn’t ask for my number so I didn’t collect the points. Then they said that even if they gave me the receipt I can’t collect the points. The manager was very nice and gave me a refund and redid the order so I can get the points. Good ppl. Bad system. Give your manger more authority to give when your system doesn’t work right."

"Definitely one of the better sandwich/deli places out here. Sandwiches usually aren't my favorite thing, but there are a few on their menu I really enjoy. The staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is what you'd expect. And service is quick without lack of attention to orders."

"We ordered two hook and ladder subs, a bowl of chili, and a bowl of soup. Off the bat I'll say that the bowl of chili was surprisingly good, and probably my favorite part of the meal. The loaded potato soup was decent, but I wouldn't get it again. As for the subs, they were average. The ingredients tasted good, but they could have been better spread out through the roll - no one likes the ends of the subs with no toppings left! Also one of the sandwiches was supposed to come with onion, but didn't. I would have been disappointed if the subs weren't free (with a coupon we had), because it would have been about $10 per sub. The price and quality here is probably comparable to other places like Subway, but I'm not really a fan of any of them."
