"I had a bottom metal retainer come loose and with my primary orthodontist being out of state, I needed someone out here to put it back in place. I called 4 or 5 other orthodontics and was told because I wasn’t a patient, they wouldn’t take me. When I called i-Orthodontics, they were happy to help me out. Oscar was the “assistant” that helped out and he was awesome. Extremely personable and great at what he does. He got my wire back in place and glued in and it honestly feels better than when it was originally glued down. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly. Thank you for going above and beyond to make me feel like one of your own!"

"Incredible service!! I had to go in for a quick fix on my retainer that I have had for 15+ years and they fixed me up super fast and I was in and out of there in a jiffy. Their staff is always the best and I am so grateful for their attention to detail, professionalism, kindness and positive attitude."

"I went in July to get a permanent bonded retainer reattached. Since the wire I had was spraying, they opted to make a new one, which took a little under 5 weeks to finish. Then I came back, they installed the permanent retainer and it was fine for a couple of days, then the retainer came off of two teeth. When I went back, the dental technician could not find what I was talking about, but Dr. Isaac could. They reattached those two teeth to the wire and it was fine for about a week when the other side had the same issue. Once again, I came in, Dr. Isaac found the problem and fixed it. It seemed that my teeth were just a little different and the way that the retainer was made didn't perfectly match. All in all, I had a wonderful experience with almost all of the staff and enjoyed the office. My one complaint was Iris. At the end of my first visit, I sat down with her to discuss Invisalign versus a bonded lingual retainer. From my perspective, she seemed to be annoyed/frustrated that I opted for the lingual retainer."

"This is hands down an amazing business. I was so skeptical about taking this leap of wearing braces again but considering it had been over 15yrs my teeth did shift enough for me that I was not comfortable smiling. I was recommended to Dr. Isaac from Dr. Gonzalez over at Midtown Dental. When I came to this location the atmosphere was pleasant; music was playing, kid friendly movies were on the tv, and the staff seemed more like family. Dr. Isaac, was confident in improving my smile which made me eager to commit. As my teeth shifted, I would come in frequently just to make sure we were on the right track. What probably could have taken a little under a year to fix was extended. The team (and me) made sure that there was no rush, we just wanted to things to be right. One employee in particular was Oscar. I remember coming in (on which should have been my last appointment) and an Oscar actually helped me explain what I was looking for to complete my smile. He assessed my teeth, pointed out the areas that needed improvement, and ever since then my teeth started changing into the vision I was expecting. You don’t want to be a bother and be that “one” client who just isn’t happy however, Dr. Isaac, Oscar, or the rest of the staff never treated me like that. They truly are taking care of me and for that I’m grateful."
