"Not even stepping in. I work for insurance and when I call over, and receptions is saying well maybe your in the network, I'll look, not sure, maybe...I loose lose confidence immediately. I know there in the network, I checked before I called..., but then she isnt sure? This initial phone call deters me right off the bat that they will mess something up, bill wrong, or not complete the services i need. Reception is very kind, but not aware of simple questions that have to be answered before i step in am office. I pay a lot for my dental insurance and if you cant tell me something simple, then It makes me think that your giving me wrong information and that maybe theres certain things my insurance wont cover. All other offices give me how much I'll pay, this office does not"
