"The worst I’ve never been to a dentist where they mess up more then they help you 3 months to finish a crown that still isn’t finish not the mention I call to check up on it get the run around it’s all cool to have super pretty girls at the front desk but please allow them to be customer centric when they should and all my treatment is paid for but they won’t give you service nor let you schedule an appt! It’s policy so where’s the policy of customers need to be updated on things when you guys aren’t doing what it is you guys need to do! After I finish I have to find a new dentist this is behavior and not to own up to it is that much more wild!"

"I apprecite the staff being flexible after i was late and for the referral for the root canal which I got same-day. Everyone was very friendly and professional. An area for improvement would be lunchtime coverage. I had driven across town to pick up a script only to find that the pharmacy wasn't showing anything. When I called to alert the office the lady who answered couldn't tell me anything as she couldn't view the status of the script (input, sent, pending, etc.). Everyone needs a lunch period but your business doesn't stop for lunch. Perhaps giving access to basic information to those covering lunch would be best. Everyone except for scheduling is out every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. So I was transferred to "Rebecca the Professional Chain Smoker" at the answering servic, who by the way, still uses three racist Stapleton name when answering, thinks the office is open every Friday, couldn't get a hold of any of the on call doctors, and then transferred me to somewhere.. Still have no idea where because I hung up after holding for several minutes. I placed another call to scheduling who then transferred me to the answering service again. Now I'm waiting around hoping that I get a call back. It is infuriating that my script has been somehow overlooked and that this practice believes that a three day weekend and a whole day dedicated to adding appointments for a business that's only open Mon-Thurs is a great idea when the work clearly isn't getting done correctly in four days. If it was thought that issuing me an antibiotic was medically necessary, then perhaps you should make yourselves available to see that it gets done, regardless of the day of the week. Also, you can hear a tinge of resentment in the voices of those in scheduling who I'm sure have to put up with calls like mine knowing everyone else is having a blast; and who I sure feel powerless to manage these kinds of calls. I've now gone from deeply disappointed to indignant. And all this is my very first experience. And to think, you require a 48hr notice to cancel or we are charged $50. None if this is an example of a practice that's focused on the client. And so, I wait..."

"Had a great first visit with this office today. Office Mngr Chris was very welcoming and helpful on check-in. It's been a couple of years since last cleaning with prior dentist during early covid era. From x-rays to cleaning process, hygienist, Julia, was patient and super thorough. Excellent work Central Park Modern Dentistry!"

I have been going there for years now and my teeth and gums are the healthiest ever! Cool music and Dr.Strange with closed captioning on the tv makes time go quickly and pain free. I highly recommend the dental prepay plan-VIP treatment saving time and money!"
