"I always receive a excellent care. Dr. McMurtry is very good at what he does. I did experience a rare unusual front desk situation when I called and person I spoke with was limited in her “customer service” for the day perhaps. She told me the office didn’t accept my insurance but didn’t take the steps needed to confirm if this the case. Fortunately, I did call back and the second person I spoke with more than made up; excellent customer service, and even took the steps necessary and told me yes they accept my insurance. Whew!"
