"I recently had a very negative experience at this dental clinic. My boyfriend and I have been patients for few years, driving for 2-3 hours to the clinic just to remain loyalty to Dr. Campbell. But The dentist's incompetence and lack of care for his patients is truly astonishing. Every time I have had an appointment, he has been consistently 20-40 minutes late. It's incredibly frustrating and disrespectful of my time. After my onlay broke, he made me wait for a week, causing a painful tooth infection to develop. Then another week to schedule an appointment to remove a root canal. It was the only time when I was a bit late to the appointment, Dr. Campbell refused to finish the procedure, demonstrating a complete disregard for my health and well-being. During my visits, I noticed that Dr. Campbell was trying to juggle several patients at the same time. This resulted in the dentist not being able to devote adequate attention to each individual patient. I felt rushed and like my concerns were not being addressed thoroughly. It is crucial for a dentist to give each patient the time and attention they need to address their specific dental issues. When a dentist is multitasking between patients, it can lead to oversights, mistakes, and a lack of quality care. Your dental health is vital, and you deserve a dentist who can focus fully on you during your appointment. I would recommend finding a dentist who prioritizes one-on-one care and can give you the attention you deserve. The reception staff also displayed a lack of concern or professionalism. I would strongly advise against trusting your dental health to this money-hungry and negligent practice."

I’ve had lifelong dental problems and, a huge fear of dentists. I trust him, in fact, we drive an hour from our location because I won’t see anyone else."

"STAY AWAY from this place!! I completely agree with the users who wrote these reviews copied below. ALWAYS read the negative reviews. A dental hygienist slipped and pierced my tongue. I still have a white scar on my tongue. Dr Campbell claimed it was because my tongue was sitting in a position that caused it and completely ignored that I said it was hit during a procedure. I bet the people writing 4 or 5 stars are fake profiles, have only gone in for something simple like a cleaning, are friends of the staff or paid to write them. If something goes wrong at this office, you are ignored and treated incredibly terrible. I have a long story, which I'll share soon, but the office staff is definitely rude and does not answer the phones. I wrote an email instead that I was in pain. Dr. Campbell finally called back and called my email quote "disturbing". The email was straight forward, at least got him to call back. He completely gas lighted me and just made excuses. It was terrible, and I was in absolute shock a doctor would speak to patient that way. I had a cavity that wasn't filled properly as well, within 10 months it didn't hold. I'm so upset I paid so much at this dentist office for a cavity to fail and a $550 mouth guard that was unnecessary in the first place and then denied the free replacement within a year as promised. I'm too sick at the moment to write all the details due to an infection in my tooth with the faulty cavity. There's one dental hygienest that is very good, but the rest of the staff is awful. This apparently happened recently to a bunch of other patients as well. If this Dr. Campbell makes a mistake he will never admit it, correct it or be in any way sympathetic that you're in pain. This place has gone downhill. The quality of care is poor and procedures are faulty; crowns, cavity fillings, and other products do not last longer than 10 months. The dentist also recommends wrong treatments to make you have to come back and pay more. "Dr. Brandon Campbell is cocky. He lacks basic caregiver manners. He has faulty dentistry ability. He is repeatedly wrong in his medical diagnoses and treatments. He overly recommends procedures and makes further referrals to his colleagues. His receptionists are rude and grumpy. These issues repeated with all our family members. We took our health and business to a better dentist nearby. Stay away from Dr. Brandon Campbell at Peak Family Dentistry & Orthodontics in Westminster!" "I came in because I was having pain in my tooth, and even though the X-ray showed my tooth was okay, the doctor talked me into getting a crown. One year later the crown failed and my real tooth broke. He told me I would owe him more money and would have to go through a very invasive procedure for an implant that would require many, multiple visits. His office staff are very rude and we're nasty to me during the pandemic for coming in without a mask. They were more worried about self-preservation than helping me.""
