"This facility is a scam. My entire visit was less than 5 minutes total. I called to schedule an appointment to take my wisdom teeth out. I said I already have my X-rays and my teeth are through the gums and came in straight so I just need them taken out. When I am seated in the chair the doctor immediately said- I can’t do this procedure and even if I was qualified I am going on maternity leave today. I said an orthodontist can’t take out my teeth? I don’t even need anesthesia. She said she is not qualified, I will need to go see an orthodontist. I said it says orthodontist on your business and entry door. When I made my appointment and clearly stated my services I should have never been allowed to make an appointment. She said that’s not the receptionist job. I said your receptionist should know what the office is capable of doing also I should have been notified over the phone that you are going on maternity leave- 2 reasons why I should have never of came in. She had no comment. I said so that’s your business plan then? Agreeing to take anyone who calls to make an appointment so they have to pay to be told in person that you can’t help them. I refused to pay the $45 I was billed. I have been harassed through email, text, voicemail and post mail to pay this bill. Now they are threatening to send me to collections. This business had no intention of ever helping me, they just wanted me to come in so they can take my money."

"The dental hygienist was great. That’s about it. I should have known to not come here after I scheduled an appointment online, showed up in the spring with my confirmaron email, and they said they didn’t even have me in their system. When I did finally get an appointment, the front desk staff cancelled and rescheduled a couple times, then couldn’t figure out what they needed to schedule. The dentist also wanted charge me over $300 per filling. I saw another dentist nearby and found out the fillings are not even needed. This office seems unreliable. I’m glad I found a different, more organized, and more kind dentist nearby"

"My teeth never hurt until I got a cleaning from here. I have been dealing with pain for about 2 years now. Since then I have had a number of texts and phone calls bothering me to come in for more services. I’ve opted out each time and still continue to receive messages. Do not go here and definitely don’t give them any contact info."
