"Upon visiting Canyon View Dentistry as a new patient with multiple dental phobias, I was pleasantly surprised with how my appointment went. The staff was so kind, friendly and offered me a cozy blanket and let me know every step of the way what I could expect next, which greatly reduced my anxiety!! I loved the whole vibe of the office- friendly staff, great music and cozy amenities. It was an overall great experience!"
"I originally sought a dentist in Denver and didn't realize this office was 30 miles away. The 30-minute drive is like living in Manhattan and your dentist is in the suburbs of New Jersey. I was scheduled with a dentist who had only one review and was so young we joked about it. Her response was 'don't worry I was licensed just yesterday'. Jokes aside the initial exam was fine but the dentist noted I had a crack in a tooth and would need a cap. The office verified my insurance and told me 'you should schedule this immediately because the insurance allotment for this care ends at the end of the year' which was only weeks away. In spite of the fact that I was not in pain and had never had a cap performed, I scheduled the procedure just before Christmas and the New Year. On the day of the procedure the dentist took a grinder to my tooth (the smell was like burnt hair) and then I kid you not: she went to print the cap and never came back. The entire placement of the cap was performed by her assistant who seriously struggled to place it. The assistant took so long to place the cap I even asked to see it and noted 'oh, how cool, it's 3d printed' as she kept going in and out of my mouth to fix it. I spent the next 2-3 weeks in abysmal pain and could not shut my mouth or eat/drink without pain. I came back and the same assistant took the grinder to my tooth and simply ground it down. I spent another 2-3 weeks in abysmal pain thinking I just needed to get used to it. Upon examination, the crown is cracked and I'm now having to schedule the repair/replacement at another dentist. I called back and was told this is normal and because of a error on their billing side, I would be responsible for the entire amount of the procedure. An additional $609. When attempting to come back and diagnose the issue their main concern was getting this bill paid and needing new payment information because the repair/replacement of the cracked crown was possibly going to cost me more money. It was my fault for not being local and not realizing this place was in the middle of no where but the total mess that arose thereafter is why I think anyone who relates to my experience should think twice."
"Canyon View Dentistry is amazing! I definitely don't like going to the dentist and would usually try and avoid it. But at Canyon View, they make you so feel comfortable and relaxed which makes the whole experience so much better than a traditional dental office. The quality of care is top notch and they really do have a spa-like feel! Highly recommend!"
"My visit was brief, but it was so comforting! They truly care about your comfort which is important going to the dentist, as many people are not fans of getting their teeth worked on. I will be going back to start treatment so I’ll be sure and come back with more details! So far, super impressed and feel at ease."
"I had a crown that came off and with life being so busy I put off having it reattached. I ended up with an infection at the root and found Canyon View Dentist on Google. The reviews are outstanding so I contacted them to make an appointment. The reviews are accurate! The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure their patients are comfortable! The massage chairs, offerings of neck pillows, blankets, and lavender towels are just the beginning. They also provide headphones and streaming services upon request to keep the patients occupied while they work. The glasses are a nice touch so we're not blinded by the lights and they constantly make sure you're doing okay. I ended up having to get another root canal to get rid of the infection which was performed by Dr. Ishita. She was amazing and had the procedure done without any discomfort at all! After the root canal, I had a deep cleaning performed by James, their dental hygienist. He was also very good at his procedure and there was no discomfort with the cleaning either. I am coming back for a new crown to be made. I highly recommend checking these guys out! This is next- level dentistry!"
