"First of all i would like to say that the facility, services and Doctors get 5 stars. My frustration is with the billing department, they are either none existing or incompetent. When we did our initial consultation and benefits check, we were told that insurance will reimburse 90% of the expenses. However, this is not true, some of the charge codes were not even covered and the others were only rated for 50% reimbursement by my dental insurance. Furthermore, we got billed for over 10k three months ago. I am now making interest payments on this loan and the billing department has yet to submit my claims to my insurance company for even the 50% reimbursement, so i can start paying off my loan. It has been OVER 3 months and the claims are just sitting on their desk. I have called multiple times, only to be told to call back in a few weeks, or sent to a voicemail during business hours. I have never experienced such a delay with any dental or medical provider in my life. Again i would like to state that the treatment and doctors are fantastic, however, if you need to use your insurance for services i cannot recommend this Dentist to anyone. UPDATE: 7 MONTHS LATER, my claim has not been processed. I have been talkin to my insurance company one a monthly basis, every claim they receive from this office it not correctly completed. First one had the doctors last name listed as first name, second one was missing the license number etc. I have called this office at least 10 times, no one calls me back, voicemail box is full ect."

"Just met the new doc, Dr. Solomon for a cleaning. He was super duper, nice, and caring! The hygienist was awesome as well. My whole family goes there! We love it. My youngest child also goes there and is a patient of Dr. BIENEMAN. He is amazing at what he does!"

"Under new management. I have a very good Aetna Medicare Advantage plan. Been going here for 2 years. Never a problem. New management took over. They just sent me a bill for $124 for a standard cleaning/checkup (no X-rays). My mother had the same problem (they billed her for a checkup as well). Nice dentist, but his new management will destroy his business. I'll update this review if they correct the billing for both of us."

"Dr. B has done incredible work on our two kiddos. Their palates have been widened and I'm looking forward to the lasting change versus the Band-Aid approach of braces only. They are sleeping better and don't really mouth breathe. He's the best!"

"Dr Bieneman is a true professional when it comes to airway-friendly smiles. He understands how palate formation/teeth alignment can impact breathing, sleep, and overall health. He is worth your money!!! His staff is kind, helpful, and they have a great waiting area (very child friendly). He has successfully helped expand our daughter’s palate and reduced her snoring. He knows what he is doing."
