"I've been a client here almost since the office opened, but the new management has some BIG shoes to fill. I had an appointment scheduled mid-afternoon for a broken crown only to be told when I got there that they wouldn't be able to do anything because the dentists assistant had called in sick. Yet they still "saw" me to check for cavities in the tooth and sent me on my way with another appointment for next week. They'll be billing my insurance for the visit they should have rescheduled in the first place. In the past I would have received a call as soon as they knew they wouldn't be able to actually DO anything. Extremely disappointed. *** In response, the phone number you tried calling has been out of service for at least 10 years and I certainly did NOT give you that number at my last visit. I've received texts, phone calls and even emails from the previous management and reception on the cell phone number I've had for over 20 years. So had I known that I was wasting my time coming in, I would certainly have rescheduled and not be seen for an "exam". ***"

"I was very impressed by the knowledgeable and experienced staff at Indian Peaks Dental. They were very courteous, professional, and kind. Everyone was very helpful and as this was my first dentist visit in a while, they got through all of the assessments, X-rays, gum measurements, cleaning, etc., very efficiently while still very relaxed and they took time to answer all of my questions. As a side note, the hygienist was the most gentle flosser I've ever experienced, worth a shout out. Top notch experience, couldn't recommend more!"
