"The initial visit was pleasant and Dr. Guyton was informative. However, because of the complexity of the work, I was referred to a surgeon for the necessary procedure and essentially never heard from Dr. Guyton again. The staff was dismissive and on several occasions told me that Dr. Guyton would talk to me to discuss my concerns but never heard a word. I was "farmed" out to a third office who was to do Dr. Guytons part of my work and was not made aware of this until I appeared at the third office for what I was told was a "consult". I was hoping Dr. Guyton would have returned my calls to clear this up but that has never happened. The person who referred me to this office has left this practice because of this episode. Very disappointed."
