"I got bumped off the schedule after confirming my appointment with their text appointment confirmation systems by an incompetent office manager named Angie. She claims she tried to call me to confirm my appointment but I never got a call from her. I confirmed with the text link they sent me. She claims it didn't come through their system? She admitted she gave my appointment away? I asked to speak to the office manager and she pulls this “ I am the office manager" she obviously feels the need to treat people poorly for some reason. She would not let me speak to her boss and she spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner telling me she's all I get? No thanks, I'm finding a new dentist. I don't need this unprofessional treatment dealing with a dentist appointment or incompetent staff. The dentist I’ve seen here for a long time called me back and apologized for Angie’s behavior after I called a different dental aid in Longmont to speak to a different office manager and file a complaint against Angie but it’s too late I can’t go to a place where I’m being verbally abused by an office manager who acts like an immature juvenile, sorry. Plus this lady has access to personal information and acting like that makes me very uncomfortable."
"Worst dental experience I have had. I went in to see Dentist Mena on Jan 3, 2024, I specificially requested that he work on 4 teeth ( #2, #6, #9 and #13) that had lost their fillings. He ignored my request and proceeded to x-rays and quick review of my teeth. Then produced a "Treatment Plan" with root canal (RCT) work and numerous crown work. ( I didn't ask for any of this). So I called the office back (Jan 8) and was told I need to talk to his assistant "Angie" to revise my Treatment Plan (this on Jan 8th) . I told her I feel I don't need this and wanted just my fillings done, she was combative and arrogant when I told her other dentists feel RCT is wrong and a waste of money. She stated she would call me back later. She never called back. I called the office twice and left messages , no reply. Finally spoke to her on 01/17 and she said the dentist was out of the office and I would have to come in to discuss with him, of course they would charge me for this. I told her I think this office is running a scam to charge the most from a patient, since no lower cost options were even offered. Then I requested how to file a complaint, she refused to give me info. on how to file. In a condescending manner she stated I didn't know dental work and wasn't dentist. In summary: this dental office ignored my specific requests, didn't offer me other solutions to the very costly ( and questionable) treatment plan (ex: do fillings, pull the tooth, etc. ) and when you question any procedure or action; you are treated poorly and in a condescending manner. What is clear; they chose the option that makes the most money for themselves and certainly wasn't in the best interest of this patient."
"Utterly incompetent in ALL areas - Extreme pain in multiple teeth after fillings - Dental assistant put hand directly in my mouth after picking something up from the FLOOR - Confused, scattered and passive aggressive front desk staff who administer contradictory information Now going to a legit dental office to fix whatever damage this establishment has done to my teeth. Avoid at all costs."
"I recently went to Boulder aid had a great experience. The front office women were nice and cordial. Dr. Mina was gentle, concerned if I was in any pain, actually when he injected the anesthetic it was painless. His assistant Mario was very professional and caring. They didn’t make me feel like I was another number."
