"I have been seeing Dr. Adler for dental issues and "upkeep" since 2018. As I was suffering from debilitating migraines, nausea, and nerve pain, I began a long and expensive journey of doctor's referrals and appointments with specialists. I saw orofacial pain specialists, neurologists, pain management, ENTs..I had devices made for my mouth, bought machines to help rewire my mental state. Cat scans, MRIs..I was offered botox. I traveled for 4 years to find a doctor who could help me. As a neuromuscular dentist, Dr. Adler was able to connect all of my symptoms and ascertain that my jaw being misaligned was likely the culprit. All of that agony because my jaw had become a little out of whack..which also resulted in bulging discs in my neck. He told me I was suffering from trigeminal neuralgia and started me on a tenzing device to loosen up my jaw, as I was in tears to keep my mouth open. He started me on SPG block treatments, which I think helped me throughout the process. The orthidic he made for my mouth, to help with the realignment, was done with precision and care..not only by Dr. Adler, but by his very caring, attentive, and skilled assistant, Carly. It is not an overnight resolution. It has required many visits to get things to a place of relief...but this is what it takes. I fly here from Hawai'i whenever I need any dental issues addressed.
