"Could not get our insurance issue handled by phone. Told to go to AAA office to have our bill of sale faxed to the AAA office. There was not an insurance agent at the Littleton office. Desk person faxed it to the address we were given. Follow up call to office, not their insurance office, and they had not received the fax from their Littleton office. During this week of calls the new annual cost for our insurance packages went up $800. Can’t talk to their insurance people about a renewal for the 4th year. Person on the phone was a nice guy but could not answer our questions because he is not an insurance agent but takes insurance calls. What the heck are they doing???????"

"First tow truck said it'd be an ETA of 90 minutes. 15 minutes later my mechanic called and said a tow truck came and left immediately when he didn't see me. Didn't even bother to call even though I was a block away. Second driver was nice but left my car parked extremely illegally and unacceptable. When I talked to the escalation department they had no concern whatsoever and told me that I'm expected to be there when the driver arrives. Pics of how they left my truck. The fact that they even charged me for a tow is unacceptable. UNACCEPTABLE!"

"The worst customer service for roadside assistance - for the THIRD time in a row, AAA Colorado has failed to provide the basic level of what I'm paying for. I scheduled a tow request for this morning and when it was close to the window of when they were supposed to tow my car, I called the 800 number as I'd not received any updates from the app or a dispatcher. I was told I would hear from a dispatcher and to call back in 20 minutes if I didn't. 20 minutes came and went and my second call led to me being told that no tow would be coming. Why is this acceptable on any level? This organization needs to be investigated for fraudulent practices against its members. Shameful."

"My entire family has subscribed to AAA for years, but I definitely won’t anymore. I requested a car tow at 4pm, and received an estimated time of arrival of 4:30. Great! Except, the tow truck never came. Ever. I followed up twice and was told my request was in queue. I waited with my toddler for three hours before deciding to finally give up and call a different company. What’s the point of having a subscription if I can’t even use it when I need it most. Feel free to reach out, AAA, I have my documentation ready to go."
