"Do not waste your money on Colorado AAA. They will waste your time and money and not care about it at all. I was stranded on the side of the road, overnight, for more than 8 hours! I had to call 10 or more times and was told oh it will be 45 minutes and someone will be there every time. No one ever showed up! Luckily I had a friend willing to drive to help me out once I was able to get a hold of him. Not once did I get a call or an apology from anyone. Decided I didn't want to renew with them, yet they decided to charge me anyway. I call to get a refund and an extremely rude person told me that I am 5 days too late and there is nothing they will do for me. I asked for a supervisor and the lady sent me to a roadside assistance supervisor in Nebraska who obviously couldn't help me although he did try. Just save yourself a lot of time, money, and energy and use your car insurance provider or anyone other than AAA for roadside assistance."
