Wendy's

"I walked into Wendy's around 10am with my baby and was greeted with the most DISRESPECTFUL employee of my entire life. As I was trying to tell her my order, the worker by the name Nazeli turned around to the other employees and called me a w**** and b****. Little did she know I knew spanish. I asked for her name after that. She quickly got my order ready and she had walked straight away. I walked to a table with my baby trying not to cry but another supervisor named Marlene turned the whole day around. She was so nice, helpful, and was even playing around with my baby. She is a great example as how a supervisor can be, and management should know that the other worker needs more training. The only reason i'm giving this place three stars is because of Marlene. But otherwise, 1"

"While my chicken sandwich was cooked they added lettuce and tomato which was asked to be left off, but the burger was raw inside and I don’t mean like a little pink, I mean cold and raw inside definitely won’t be stopping here again"

"The good: food tasted fresh although wrapped pretty messy. Convenient location. The bad: I waited 2nd in line to order for 10 min. There was no one at the register that whole wait. No acknowledgment. Just stand and wait. There were only two cars in the drive thru. Only two orders on the monitor in progress. That seems a bit weird for a location that should strive to deliver fast service for people that are likely on-the-go. Also the place was a mess. The condiment station looked torn apart. And the floors and tables were a mess. This place needs better management and staffing, I think."

"We ordered and paid for multiple different items and they just gave us 2 basic cheeseburgers. Nobody else was in line so they didn’t switch our orders up. The fries were cold when we got them and were the worst fries I’ve had from any fast food place."

"This was the worst we’ve had in a long time. We don’t eat out a lot but I’m certain there are still rules in place to wash hands after handling money before serving or handling food., and don’t scratch your head while wearing gloves and then handling food with the same gloved hands. That was all before we got our food. Once we grabbed our food bag we left. We ordered one bacon single and it was good my husband says, my daughter’s bourbon bacon was missing the sauce but was good. My southwest AVOCADO salad was MISSING the avocado! Come on guys! I was so annoyed I didn’t even eat the salad so I don’t even k ow how it was without the main named ingredient, I went home and made a sandwich. Thanks Wendy’s. We won’t be back as we’ve had too many issues with this particular store. Everyone makes mistakes but this store doesn’t learn from them."
