"My family and I came in to this location and I will give a 0 start if possible. Gerardo had the most disgusting service and attitude I ever experienced. He disrespected us and yelled at us. Gerardo if you hate your jobs please find another one. I don’t have words to explain how humiliating this was. BUT THIS IS NOT ALL .. WE FOUND HAIRS IN OUR MEALS.. so disappointing."

"Literally was in drive thru for 20 minutes. they gave us 3 different peoples orders and had to ask us MANY times what our order was. Def not there A team working tonight. also btw they didnt put tomato on it after all that. wow."

"Literally should’ve known my whole order was going to be messed up, when the guy taking my order (guaranteed he was high) couldn’t comprehend the order that was being given to him. Then I kept having to repeat myself to make sure my order was gonna be correct…..for him to cut me off and attempt to repeat my order back to me, just for it to be all wrong! After paying I got told to pull into one of the waiting spots, finally got my order so I checked to make sure all was in the bag, but I should’ve checked each individual food item before leaving. Will never be going to this mcdonald’s ever again, and would advise others to do the same."

"Ordered a burger and got raw meat!! It was completely inedible. Also ordered 2 Oreo McFlurries & got something entirely different with caramel syrup. I was surprised by how quickly they prepared my order, now I know why."
