"I pre tipped my driver after ordering online. He then shows up and tells me I need to tip and sign. Because I already tipped him online I didn’t add anything additional on the receipt. I then received a hostile call 5 minutes later asking me why I didn’t tip. This is not the first time this has happened at the location and I found this to be very unprofessional and won’t be coming here again."

"Took almost 3 hours to have my food delivered. I understand being short staffed, but they should be able to disable the delivery option if they're short staffed. The wrap I got was great though! Just not worth wauting 3 hours for"

"This shop’s reviews are a direct result of corporations having unrealistic expectations and not allowing understaffed shops to disable delivery orders when stores are understaffed. I ordered for delivery before lunchtime, the order was marked as delivered 30 min later, but it was no where around. I tried calling for a bit, but knew that it was probably a lunch rush situation and gave up. I called back 2 hours after my initial order and the person on the other end had clearly spent all morning being berated by customers. I asked about an order and what I should do to cancel it, and she told me they only had 2 people there all day and that she would put my delivery with the driver. Shout out to the person on the other end of the phone for having great customer service, SHAME ON JIMMY JOHN’S for not having rush contingency when shops are understaffed. I was frustrated just like all of those who have written before me, but franchises and store owners are responsible for not properly staffing during peak hours. Greed for higher grossing sales with less labor hours is to blame, not the people making and serving your food. The other recent 5 star review, is right. Everyone needs a lesson in compassion."

"My first bad experience at this Jimmy John's. Ordered unwiches for my father and I, the unwich lettuce was frozen! Literal ice chunks inside the sandwich, what wasn't frozen was just a wet mess from all the melting water. How did 6 people touch this, wrap it up, and serve it to customers?"
