"Food and service is great. They have an automated drive through which causes customers and employees a lot of issues. They should get rid of the automated system which ends up slowing down each transaction because they have to clarify what the system produced."

"Officially I will never go to Carl’s Jr for a burger !! Last few times in different locations the burgers were terrible. Included today . Today had double Carl. Like warm patties, sloppy put together fell apart as soon as I opened up….ordered medium fry, got small half full… DO NOT GO HERE !!"

"Went there at around 4:30 today and ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets. I asked for barbecue sauce and when the cashier gave this to me there was a piece of plastic in the sauce. So I wouldn't recommend asking for barbecue from here."

"I got there 18 minutes before closing they had the open sign on, the drive through closed. I pulled up to order they had the automatic digital drive through system off I drove around one more time honked, because since when do they do that? They drive through digital system was on that said they’re closed etc. the back door was open where the employees were throwing out trash now I know a franchise should keep the store open until it’s closing time. Why did they have the open sign on and they have the drive-through closed? They need proper management because I drove 15 minutes to get here to get here food that day. I am very upset it was on Tuesday October 3rd, 2023. There were two cars behind me that left also, bad management! Don’t go there guys!!"

"I ordered the double beyond cheese burger w pepper Jack although I think it would of been better with American + pepper Jack it was delicious I also added jalapeños and guacamole! What I didn’t like is I ordered a medium waffle fry and only got 6 fries but I believe waffle fries should served in a different box from regular cut fries! Drive thru customer service were nice as usual! Update: 4/11/23 burgers have been burnt the last three times I visited they said the machine keeps over cooking them please let me know when that’s been fixed till then I have to give it 1 star!"
