"It’s McDonald’s, you can’t expect much from THE (former) cheap burger joint. This one irks me especially because all of the forward facing managers and employees are barley speak English. This usually wouldn’t be a problem, IF it weren’t for the fact that they also will straight up ignore you to take another order if you don’t speak primarily Spanish. Otherwise it’s a grade B McDonald’s, the drive thru employees are chill besides the chick has no people skills they keep putting in the drive thru. Hire more fluent/native English speakers and more people who know customer service and you’ll get better ratings."

"An extremely dangerous place, especially for children. From Monday to Friday around 12pm to 6pm a lot of high school kids, men and women, gather at this McDonald's to smoke marijuana inside the premises and many times even women inside the men's bathroom smoking marijuana with them and yes If you tell them something, they threaten you and your children to harm you, to the point that they take a photo of you and the car that you are driving, perhaps in order to harm you or do something to your vehicle. Managers say that it happens every day but that they are afraid of them and that they cannot tell them anything. That's why I want to warn everyone about this situation at this McDonald's and to look for another McDonald's to take their children to. This place is no longer a safe place for your family. Today Feb 21,2024 they were smoking weed and drinking alcohol and jumping on the tables and fighting outside look the video"

"They make you take the number when you order. After pressing 10k buttons on the screen. They promise to bring your food out but they don't. They scream the numbers from their top of their lungs. Just what I need to experience first thing in the morning when I haven't had my coffee yet. Also getting some salt and pepper is a major undertaking."

"Don’t eat here let this location go out of business please I’m begging you don’t eat here! They refried my fries when I asked for not salt (had to wait) burger wasn’t even cooked ."

"Service is horrible at this location. Everytime they have you park to wait they forget items. EVERYTIME you order sauce they forget it. I always have to remind them at the wondow or go in after I check and discover I have been let down. Employees are generally rude. Had a young lady try to mad dog me in the window when I asked if she could make sure the sauce gets packed before they send out their employee to my car. Tonight I specifically asked if there was buffalo and sweet and sour in the bag. Before I could finish my sentence the employee cut me off and said yes. Got home, NO SAUCE AT ALL, and a bag full of fries that were half empty... The customer service here is reprehensible. The attitudes are disgusting (not all employees. Some are very kind). In general, every visit paid to this location is followed by a fit of rage and disappointment. GET IT TOGETHER!!"
