"had a horrible experience yesterday. my friends, my children and I went for national pancake day. we got there around 6:15pm, we were kindly greeted by a host but 20 minutes had passed and no server had came to our table so I went to the host stand to inform the host who sat us. She quickly asked if someone could take our table and apologized. Roger and what appeared to be the manager were in the kitchen when the manager told Roger to take us if he wanted to. he came and took our order, about 5-8 minutes later our appetizers were brought by the manager. Another 30 minutes go by and we’re still waiting with no drinks, no food or an explanation. We quickly realize that everyone who got sat after us are already done with their meal. I try to make eye contact with Roger and when I finally get his attention he points to our table talking to the manager while looking so confused, so we finally decide to get up and leave at that point. We go up to the host stand to pay for the only thing that was taken to the table, the appetizers. Roger still tried to charge us for the drinks that were never served, and acts surprised when I told him they never made it to the table. I told him we were there for an hour already and he claims they were backed up when everyone who got sat after us was finishing up and leaving. We didn’t get any apology just an “I don’t know, it’s back up” and no manger came to apologize either and still we paid for our appetizers in which I feel we shouldn’t have. Never going to this location."

"Let's start off by me saying I like breakfast places, especially if they have belgium waffles. I've ordered the waffle combo that came with one Belgian waffle. Eggs anyway you want it your choice of meat and hash browns. I'm not a big hash brown fan. I forgot to ask for substitution, so I don't know if they would have substituted it. I asked for scrambled eggs, and that's exactly what I got. I didn't mind the taste of them. But here's where they kind of messed up. I ask for extra crispy bacon. And as you can see though the photo one was less than cooked. But I like the waffle so much I ordered the second one. Their staff seems friendly and has nice customer service, although the waitress did bring me my check before asking if I wanted something else. I also witnessed a waitress drop a cramer on the floor, pick it up, and put it back onto the tray that she was giving to a customer. It's kind of a downer. And if you are a coffee drinker, they have pretty decent coffee. I like to drink mine black."

"The food was good, but our waiter was phenomenal!!! Alejandro made us laugh, checked on our needs, made sure we were satisfied our whole stay. Absolutely, only come to this location for him!"

"THERE WERE MAGGOTS IN MY FOOD. My order I received had squirming maggots in my pot roast. Do not order from this location. This was absolutely disgusting and ruinedy appetite for any IHOP in the future."

"I had an unfortunate experience during my recent visit to IHOP. Our server, #2146, didn't seem very attentive to our needs. When we requested a different hot sauce, he brought back the same one, as if hoping we wouldn't notice. Additionally, I couldn't help but notice that the restaurant's doors were quite dirty, which didn't create a pleasant atmosphere. It's disappointing when these small details can impact an otherwise enjoyable meal."
