"Terrible service! We found a long medium to light Brown hair in our sesame chicken. Refused to refund us after coming to pick up the whole order. So took the food and the money. Still waiting on our 64 dollar refund!"
"The place has an ambiance I'd describe as Urban American Squalor. We phoned in an order and my wife asked for fried rice for my meal. She wanted steamed rice. Got home to discover we had only steamed rice, no fried rice. I called the store to complain we hadn't received our full order. The woman said my wife hadn't ordered fried rice. I told her my wife had ordered it, and I heard her do so as we were both in the car when she ordered. The woman became argumentative and rather than own up to the error, disconnected the call. There are many fine Chinese restaurants in Aurora. This ain't one of them! We will never buy from then again... EVER!!!!"
