"I was visiting Denver and my friends told me I need to go to Torchy’s. My favorite one was the Tipsy Chick and it was as their slogan says - damn good. The workers there were very friendly too. I will definitely be going back"

"I don't typically search out franchises, but every time I'm here, I'm always impressed. I came in with my service dog last night and was given good food and good service. A large percentage I go with my service dog we get shoved in a corner far from people or not served in the restaurant. Torchy's is accessible and friendly and that speaks volumes in my books."

"Torchys has great food. Tacos are not your normal everyday tacos. Everything I had was delicious. Bartender was very nice and drinks were on point. I'll be coming back for more."

"Who doesn’t love torchy?! I discovered they have breakfast tacos and I cannot believe how fantastic they are. I’ve been going there for a very long time, but I never noticed the breakfast side of the menu. Of course I had to get a jarrito orange beverage, which is always fantastic. Bring a friend or a loved one, and enjoy. You’ll thank me later."

"Update: 3 months with no action. The manager Andy acted like he cared and said he would take action, but didn't. Ordered a burrito with no guacamole and it was stuffed with guacamole. Not only that but also has two sharp shards of metal. I asked for the manager, and was told to wait. 10 minutes waiting and I went looking for one. Asked at the kitchen, told to wait. 5 minutes later, I asked again and she told me she'd be right with me. Shay was her name, and she offered to comp my meal, but I was mostly concerned with other customers and internal bleeding. I asked for an incident report and not only did she not return to our table, I didn't get my refund. As you can see from the photos, I took the burrito apart looking for more metal, but I didn't eat it obviously. Very disappointed and worried about others if employees can't keep metal out of the food."
