"Went through the drive through just to order 3 large cokes, 2 large cherry cokes and 1 regular large cokes. Asked the person in the drive through witch one is the regular coke. He said sorry I made 3 cherry cokes, then he said no problem go ahead and keep it we'll just throw it away and I'll get your regular coke. Less then 10 seconds the manager comes to the window Asked for the extra cherry coke. So I handed it to her then she walks over to the sink and dumps it out then looks over at me then walks away.."

"Well me and my sister go to this wendys quite often and the African-American little girl in the drive-through window has the worst attitude ever there's times I came and asked for my burger. I didn't receive my burger with no meat on there too much mayonnaise on the sandwich like who would put that much mayonnaise on one sandwich like the kid game they play, it's not good customer service and something needs to be done about it because we are too loyal customers that love going to Wendys but will lose us customers and also the manager or ishift lead whoever she is has a really bad attitude. Maybe you should work on the customer service skills when it comes to them being at that window if they can't handle it then you should put someone there with more of a welcome and please and attitude because it's very ugly and it makes people not want to spend money at your restaurant. It only happens when their at that window"

"The lady at drive thru should be a little more friendlier. No need to be rude to the customers. If you really don’t like interacting with people maybe consider a different position or even job. I didn’t get a receipt or napkins. When I tried asking for something she was rude and ignored me the asked “What did you need “ ole damn I’m just trying to get some food. No need to have attitude"

"When going trough the drive trough my father which speaks little English was having a hard time pronouncing items from the menu and the girl that took our order was not kind to him and was having an attitude. When we finished ordering we pulled up to get our order, our order was made incredibly poorly. I usually don’t write reviews but this experience left me with a bad taste since my father felt bad about the whole thing. I have not problem w it h the Wendy’s establishment, I just hope for who ever is in charge to hire employees that have more sympathy for those that do not speak English fluently."

"I went to the drive thru this evening and ordered a taco salad. When I looked through the bags to see if I had everything, I noticed there was no tortilla chips, which it comes with, but I was like okay I can live without them. When I got home, I had gotten a container of chili, and no salsa either. So when I open the salad, there is mold everywhere in it. Mostly the tomato’s, but the lettuce also looks so old and almost black. I was so shocked because I’ve never gone to a restaurant before and gotten mold, so this was a first. I’m very reluctant to go back now."
