"The first time I came in, I ordered a turkey bacon avocado sandwich and they forgot to put the turkey on it this time my husband went in for lunch to order a couple of sandwiches to go. We ordered chipotle, avocado, chicken melts, and as soon as he got home with our food, we noticed that there was no avocado whatsoever and barely any chicken in it, as well as no cheese, it’s really disappointing that this is constantly occurring and the food is not cheap."

"These people are horrible. I ordered on the app and selected the $1 soup promo. I picked up my order and got a hand written note on a sharpie saying that won’t honor the promo because they don’t know how to apply the promotion for an app order. Really? I asked to talk to the manager and rather than just the order snd getting me a cup of soup for a $75 order, she says that she can’t do that because they never told her how to honor the promotions on the app. I spent $75 there for lunch for my staff and they can’t fix the problem with a $1 cup of soup. REALLY?? Lost my business"

"I used to love Panera, but the lack of good serving and price do not got well. I went in for rapid pick up, everyone was attentive. However, the portion of the group soup (serves 4- maybe toddlers), only had enough servings for 2 people( you should specific how much is actually portioned out. . )We ordered a chipotle chicken melt and pictures show how poorly it was made, plus the bread was salty. Oh and they were out of baguettes so they gave me apples…"
