Smart Start Ignition Interlock

"Had my interlock installed around the end of January. For a week straight my interlock kept getting a code of VioLck4Day every other day. I told the techs if they could fix it, but they were quick to say it was my fault and I wasn’t using the machine correctly. To wipe that code it cost $80 everytime. I am $400 down now because instead of the techs trying to fix my issue, they would rather charge me and penalize me. Customer service is no help either. If you need a interlock don’t go here. Everybody is clueless, and its a waste of time and money."

"One of the most irritating things to deal with in a business is the lack of pricing transparency. Online an unlock (Nonviolation) is 35.00, quoted by their main HQ customer service phone line. At this location, you will be charged 50.00. I asked about the pricing discrepancy and got an incomplete answer as to why there was a difference in the service provided. The staff is friendly and does a great job in their quality and responsiveness of work, so I would like to highlight this. However, My impression of the business dipped to just average after today."
