"I highly recommend this shop. I took my 2016 Ram 1500 Crewcab there to have it evaluated for a wheel alignment. A different shop had told me I needed a new ball joint before an alignment could be completed. But, given the age and my gentle treatment of the vehicle I found that highly unlikely. These guys confirmed that the ball joints were fine and did not need replacement before alignment. That information alone saved me several hundred dollars. The young man that assisted me was very knowledgeable and very courteous. Frankly, it was refreshing to find an auto repair shop that was so honest and responsive.
