"Amazing people! Super great staff. they always friendly and prompt to listen to you. More than a law office is a counseling warm environment. Pretty touchy! They help me heal from trauma and allowed me to understand my worth. I got helped to get my green card . I do Recommend it!"
"Mr. Steve Thompson was my Lawyer when I needed help! He was amazing I got everything done on time. I am very happy with his help! I would 100% recommend him! And his receptionist Amy was always very helpful and responsive!"
"The front desk receptionist is completely NOT bilingual and asks the most ridiculous questions, such as “where are you from” when she had just seen me the day before and is quite rude for her to be in a front desk job!"
"They will help you and they are amazing, but since covid they NEVER answer the phone. They are never in the office. They "call you back" but their phone number always registers as high risk spam. You go to the office and they are always " out to lunch". I've been trying to reach them since December. I have been with them for a few years now, 2/3 times of renewal, so I KNOW they are amazing, when they answer...."
"Honestly, I believe services like this is a scam to get people to donate so they can keep the money for themselves also so they can get a government grant. What they do is get your information to submit to the government saying that you use their services. (Even though they have no intentions to help you) and then come up with an excuse of why they can't help. Then give you resources that leads to nowhere."
