We were given their cell numbers so they could answer all of our questions promptly as well as they would take care of any concerns right away. We were very pleased with the final outcome of our pool, coping, concrete and their team of workers. "We absolutely love our Leisure pool (we did the Ultimate 40). Sean was great and very responsive for the initial meeting/sale of the pool. Duncan was our project manager and he is awesome as well. Jeff gave us our "pool school" and will answer any question that comes up. We waited a few months for the process to start and any question I have had is always met with an immediate answer or offer for help (including after hours calls evenings/weekends/Saturday morning visits). As with any "project" there are always challenges, the stamped concrete coping edge didn't match the picture of the one we chose, without me having to say anything it was torn out and we were able to get the edge we want. I always say that it's how a company handles a problem that speaks the loudest and I couldn't be happier with how that was handled and the level they go to make sure you love your pool!"

"I would recommend Sean and his team at Northern Colorado Pools to anyone interested in putting in a swimming pool. Our project was a little more involved as we were building the home at the same time, but Sean's team was able to work around the other construction and deliver an absolutely beautiful pool. I just hired them to winterize the pool as well, which included a winter tarp. Great job! The service and support have been excellent."

"Duncan our project manager said 6 weeks and he was right on ! However we could swim in about 9 days after digging the hole. My advice would be if you want a pool next spring start in winter with your contract and permits so they can start in early May. This year the spring weather was so wet every pool got delayed. You can’t dig in mud. If I had any questions Sean or Duncan would answer them immediately. We had simple concrete poured around the pool and it came out great. We used Jose who does a lot of their concrete work. On the day when the city building came for our final inspection Duncan wanted to be there. He waited over 4 hours for the inspector!"
