"Lifeguards do not pay attention to the kids and are rude to customers. My little sister did swim lessons here and they didn’t teach her a single thing then failed her. On top of that, her teacher screamed at her and was rude to my mom when she asked her teacher what she needed to work on. Manager was not helpful. Not a pleasant experience."

"It was nice, staff are okay some were good at paying attention to the kids. Others were more worried on how cute they look. Concessions closed before the pool break was even over...so kids couldn't get something to drink before they left. Kind of a crappy ordeal especially for paying the admission price... need better coverage over the hot cement...even if you wear shoes it's still hot...and even more slippery then it was before shoes. Otherwise I'd rate hire if they had not closed concessions early and if they had more non hot surfaces."
