Lifetime Vision

"I made a appointment the week of Christmas..looked up to see if they took TriCare. Website stated they did. I do all the forms on-line. I arrive and was told they do not take retire Tricare. Kindness would of been to call me and explained the difference between Tricare West and Retired, or posted it on your web page. No phone call no email no text ... nothing. I have a small business too! Which involves me taking the last appointment of the day and closing early. Mine is a daycare, do you think parents want to leave their place of employment to accommodate my appointments,. that is why I scheduled at the end if day if possible. I now have to find a eye doctor who can accommodate my needs, when all you had to do was communicate with me. I guess my time and my gas, and my clients time means nothing to you. I guess your image means nothing either. I have a customer base, you will not get any referrals from me! with threreceived."

"My whole family go to this clinic for vision care. The doctor is professionally knowledgeable and very patient while checking the eyesight. Both my kids love to see her. The nurses are friendly and helpful too. They would provide detailed instructions on rebates and help you choose proper frames. I enjoy the nice coffee while waiting there. Recommend!"
