"Don’t go here if you’re trans. The doctors and nurses are alright at respecting gender identity and chosen names, at least to the patients face, but the receptionists are garbage at it, and reaching out to the administrator for the clinics is a waste of time, unless you enjoy experiencing condescension and given platitudes with no action behind them. I’m over eight months on T. I don’t sound like a woman over the phone and even if I did, it’s pretty ridiculous that after the fifth time I corrected them regarding my name they still deadnamed me. In office, one receptionist said how it’s “just too hard with all the pronouns” and that she “just doesn’t understand that stuff.” Clearly some training is needed since gender dysphoria is a medical issue and transitioning is a medical process. Ridiculous to be treated so insensitively in a medical setting once, let alone the three times I’ve been made to go here so far (job related injury). If you can avoid it, do. Beyond that, wait and appointment times as given on their website are unreliable. I’m currently waiting for a text for an appointment I scheduled to begin 40 mins ago. If you value your health and time, or the health and time of your employees, please use another provider."

They took X-rays, got me cleaned up, and had me on my way home in about 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly and professional."

"If I could leave zero stars I would!! This place is a joke!! I took my daughter here because I believed she had an ear infection. The nurse was horrible. She didn't have good bed side manner. Not professional AT ALL!! Then the nurse practitioner misdiagnosed her saying she had pneumonia. Was told to come to the ER because her pulse ox was low. When we arrived at the ER and found out she just has a double ear infection like I thought. This place is TRASH and so are the people who work there."
