"The girls at the counter are the best"

"Have tried stopping here numerous times on my trips and each time they are closed, even though their hours online say they are open. Online it says they are open until 4pm today, but the door says they close at 1pm. Guess I give up. Won't try again."

"Lame! We stopped in for ice cream around 6:20 but they close at 6:00 even though Google had 9 pm as closing time. I decided to call and the young lady was very condescending! They are no longer Baskin Robins, they are Dunkin Donuts. According to Google and the signs outside their store they are Baskin Robins! I don’t understand how rude people get away with working in the customer service industry!"

"Negative reviews on top, felt like I needed to comment. Customer service was great, all the usual flavors and you can get a coffee at the same time. Win-win."

"Worst customer service ever. I pulled up to get my Grandchildren an ice cream cone today. I couldn't even order because the person was so rude. She continually told me to "Read the list". I assume she meant the 50 pieces of paper taped to the menu sign. Most of which were about their COVID safety precautions. I simply wanted a waffle cone with Oreo Sprinkles and a regular cone. To which she replied "Read the list it's not on there." I was reading the taped up paper menu to my 10 year old Grand daughter when she again came on and said what do you want. To this I replied nothing thank you and pulled out of the drive through. We were the only car in the drive through. This was at 2 pm on 5/13/20. I will never return to this business."
