"Please be considerate of others who have reserved and paid for birthday party tables. It does cost money. It is inconsiderate to take over reserved tables. If you show up and decide to have a celebration, that's super cool! Don't ignore that you are taking over an area someone else paid for. You can find accommodations in a different area. Employees need to be aware and capable of handling this simple and understandable situation. It's really not a big deal in the long run. It is rude, inconvenient, and a waste of money to parents who bother to pay."

"This restaurant needs a deep cleaning. From the play room to the front. The door handles are gross with grim all over them. The woman's bathroom is freezing, no soap, the music is blaring so loud I couldn't hear my daughter talking to me. The staff refused to take our oder. On self check out, there's no way to ask for no apples and extra fires."

"They won’t take your order at the front anymore. You have to use the kiosk. We had a coupon but woman behind counter couldn’t speak English and told us to use kiosk. She could say that much. Last couple times it was so filthy with trash overflowing onto the floor, tables encrusted with scuzz, and mud on the floor. It’s been so bad the last few times I don’t think it’s safe to eat there. If it’s that unsanitary in the front of the place I can’t imagine what’s going on where no one is watching. Yuck. I ordered coffee and I then looked up at the hygiene of one dude and just threw it in the trash after paying for it. Place screams “I don’t give a dam- and if you get food poisoning so what.” I’ve never seen a McDonald’s this dirty in my life. Typical Rifle though. Restaurants have extremely low standards."

"Haven't had a good meal from here in awhile . They mess your order up in drive thru. Give ya the wrong stuff. Ask for no pickles , receive pickles. Definitely the worst one between junction and Glenwood springs"

"How many times do they ask you what you want and then have you check the screen to see if it is correct. Then you go to pay and they Verify your order is correct. You pay and then go to the next window and pick your order up and it is nothing you ordered and it is not even what you wanted so you can’t eat it because it is nasty! I ordered no lettuce and on the box it says no lettuce but you open it and low and behold… lettuce! But that wasn’t a big deal I am not a complainer i was going to just wipe the lettuce out but it wasn’t even a spicy mcchicken it was a dried up over cooked grisly piece of chicken. I will never waist my money again at McDonalds over $10.00 for a meal that you can’t even gag down. The fries were cold and had no salt at all also. I don’t understand how they mess things up when they ask you several times. I know what I want when I order thank you! For asking me three times and then trying to predict that I wanted something else! Very unsatisfactory!"
