"Excellent superb remarkable Beef Pho. Broth was that perfect clear type with amazing flavor. The beef was very thinly sliced, non fatty and very flavorful. Spring roll was nice as well. Well worth the stop if traveling past Rifle in I-70. Easy access and parking too."
