"Not a terrible experience at this place as employees were nice and the waiting area was good. I’m simply not happy about their repairs. My 2018 Honda Fit had mouse damage to all 3 wiring harnesses on top of the engine. I waited while Fowler repaired most of the damage at a cost of $650. I got the car back and the wires were wrapped sloppily in grey “mouse tape.” I complained the repair was sloppy and looked bad. They corrected a couple of the harnesses to my satisfaction. The harness in the attached pictures are “fine” according to Fowler. Do they look fine to you?"
