Reviews of The Bounce Place Colorado Mills
"It’s a good place for toddler to burn some energy. I recommend 2 and half or older to play. I saw only one worker there and she is super nice . $10 to get in, and it’s up to you when do you want to get out. Bathroom needs update. There’s a massage chair too you can use while watching your little one. They have table too you can do some online jobs. But it’s a bit noisy cause the first part is arcade machine/games. There’s not much toys to play. But the concept is inflatable bounce which they have 4 different types and a good size."
"We do love coming here to run and play. Its an affordable and fun indoor place to burn some energy! They have several bouncy play structures, a large inflatable slide and a multi-tiered play space for kids to enjoy. They also have pedal cars, balls and other fun miscellaneous toys. There are seating areas for parents and massage chairs. If you buy a punch pass it averages around 11 dollars per all day entry and parents get in free. If its an individual pass I believe it costs 15 dollars. My only criticisms are some parts could use cleanings here and there and while we don’t typically use the arcade that part of the area seems overly expensive from what I can tell. If you come to bounce though its a great time and the staff have always been welcoming."
"Would not go back- broken safety equipment and unsanitary conditions. The play area itself is great- and a pro is that it is reasonably priced. However, it is really poorly managed so the experience as a parent was not what it should have been - it was stressful. 1. The gate is broken, so if you have a baby or toddler who likes to explore it’s really frustrating as a parent to have to keep going after them. What kids can access includes everyone’s cart, shopping bags, out of sight corners, and stroller parking. 2. Secondly the bathrooms are a constant state of disgusting. Urine all over the seats and puddles of it on the floors- like all over- used the restrooms multiple times with our party- and each time it was so gross we had to spend 5 minutes cleaning just to use the restroom- all this while there were at least 3-4 staff just hanging around chatting and texting at the front- clearly they don’t clean at all during days and don’t care. 3. Many of toys including pushing fake cats were missing parts like the steering wheels… Besides the frustration of the bad set up that with some basic management could have been vastly improved- was the air from staff that they did not care at all, and were annoyed i was taking them away from texting and watching tick toks. (Side note on broken gate) even I asked staff if there were any plans to fix the gate - even temporarily? They had a big attitude with me- rolling eyes, and saying she had no idea- then finally went to get Manager- Their first response was ‘we have it that way intentionally- it’s supposed to be like that’ then i pointed out it was obviously broken, and intended to close so parents contain their little ones. I’m pregnant and my little tot Kelly following families out to get into their cats and stuff. He doesnt get it yet at 16 months. So instead of just going to sit down him play, I’m chasing back and forth. Other parents were having similar problems… the manager’s next response was ‘oh no way- children would break it down…again- that’s how it broke in the first place.’ Look, i understand things get broken with children playing non stop every day- but no plans at all to fix anything that breaks, especially a broken gate? The whole point is children can play while parents know they are safe and contained- not getting into strangers shopping bags or going out- Who is running this thing? As a parent- I’ll go somewhere else where is easy for exhausted pregnant moms to let their toddlers play- with a working gate- and where they actually make some attempt on replacing broken equipment ( like missing steering wheels on fake cars), and where they also make some semblance of regular bathroom cleaning rounds."
"What a fantastic inexpensive way to spend a few hours. They have amazing inflatables and arcade. I cant speak about the arcade other than it looks amazing. The inflatables are so fun. They have 6. An obstacle course, toddlers jumping area, super slide, a basketball jump, rocket slide and ufo slide. They even have little cars and blocks to play with. The staff is super nice and the place is very clean. You get stamped and can come back in later. As an adult supervising my child I can play and jump too. Or if you want they have chairs for adults. It is super reasonably priced and so much fun. They could use more fans for the parents. Will be back and probably buy a multiuse pass."
"I absolutely adore this fun place! The kids have a blast for cheap! All day access for only $21! My 2 year old and 7 year old have so much to do! I usually go along with my two year old, but honestly it's not too bad to just sit and watch them from afar. There's bathrooms, sitting areas and even MASSAGE CHAIRS! All in all, this is one of our favorite places to go!"
