"Be prepared to wait at LEAST an hour for a simple pizza pickup even if the ETA says 20 minutes (or whatever). Every time I've picked up an order form here I've had to wait close to 2 hours like??? The food is fine but waiting hours and hours for a simple pizza is ridiculous, especially when they are straight up lying about the ETA"

"Messed up my pizza last week. Had no cheese. Called and told them. He said he added me to form for refund/credit. Came in today said no to credit so I showed him proof, then he just walked off and ignored me.. rudest manager ever. Who sends out a pizza with no cheese...."

"I ordered Parmesan Bites & Cinamon twists, I just received two boxes of plain bread. I called to let them know and the employee who answered the phone told me that i could get a credit or they could remake them. I said a credit because I wanted my money back and its not worth driving back in the middle of the night, then they hung up. Today I checked my account and they took away my points from the last order, so now I have to drive back up just to get a refund."

"It's safer to order from the Florida location. Parked in the lot and ordered for carryout. Got a confirmation number and saw they were starting my order. Watched some YouTube while waiting. 45 MINUTES later and I walk inside to get my food. Employee at this location cancelled my order without so much as a phone call. Second time this has happened at this store in a month. Not even an apology for wasting my time."

"I gave1 star because we could not leave blank. We ordered 20 pizza's from this location to be deliver to our facility. We received confirmations and multiple texts but the pizza never arrived. The worst part was the General Managers response and behavior regarding the issue. Did not care and did not offer to help investigate or solve the issue. He basically brushed it off and claimed it was not his issue to resolve as he has no orders. Interesting how they took the money, sent multiple emails and text but apparently no one has any idea where the order is. This individual should not be running a business of any sort. This explains the 3.5 stars for this location. When I asked how to get the $500 dollars back he said " Call your bank" Buyer beware!"
