"Really great place here run by a wonderful couple who greet you at your table. Our server was amazing, top of his game by far. The food was excellent. I had the New York strip special and it was probably one of the best steaks I’ve had in years. They really try hard here and it shows. The best business people really care about their guests and ensure their happiness and then of course success follows. Everyone at our table loved their dishes, their meatballs are also something you try . Desserts were amazing too. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return."

"Perbacco was to die for!! From the drinks at the bar and our dinner, to the atmosphere and the staff, everything was exceptional. My bf and I visited from NJ/NYC so we know good Italian food when we see it. This food tasted like we were back in Italy! The restaurant was packed each night we got there but that didn't stop them from giving us amazing service. The Branzino and Short Rib pasta exceeded our expectations. The Nutella Tiramisu was honestly the best I've ever had, I had to take more to-go for a midnight snack! All of the staff came around to introduce themselves, and many of them had pure Italian accents! Our bartender Cara was great and she makes one hell of an Espresso martini! Thank you Kim, Massimo, Francesco and Antonio for an amazing weekend full of authentic Italian food! i would give 10 stars if I could!"

"Exquisite dining experience. Fine dining with exceptional food and wait staff. I had the filet minion, which was extremely tender, and my friend enjoyed the chicken with pasta, which she said was the best ever. An exceptionally delicious experience."

"Nice enough place, friendly service but the food was nothing special. The caprese salad came with a tomato that was not ripe and just bad. The tomato was worsened by the thickness of the cut. It ruined the entire dish. The bread basket looked like it was just scraps that were then baked and served hard. The rigatoni was a solid dish. The pasta was cooked well and the sauce was tasty. My server was friendly, attentive, and professional. I would not go back."

"We had heard about the new Italian restaurant that had moved into the old Palace location. We booked a reservation for our anniversary. The menu implies this is an upscale Italian restaurant. Unfortunately our experience here was lacking upscale ambiance and flavor. The atmosphere anywhere other than the bar area feels like an old western steakhouse restaurant still….. We were sat in the large dining room with western style saloon tables and chairs. I made a reservation where I specifically noted the anniversary occasion, so I was hoping for a better table at 5:30 on a Saturday. We both ordered the Burrata Pugliese e Prosciutto di Parma, which was okay but nothing to write home about. My gnocchi (suggested by our server) with Cacio e Pepe sauce was served on an old plain white plate and looked absolutely sad and unappetizing. Unfortunately it didn’t taste any better. My partners dish of Pappardelle ai funghi Porcini tasted better, but still lacked garnish and visual appeal. Bread served was also mediocre in taste. Service was great! Thank you to the hard working servers and other staff. I wouldn’t recommend this for a fancy occasion unless they do some remodeling to the interior. With the prices, I wouldn’t even recommend this for a casual meal due to the decor and $$ menu. I’ll stick to El Moro and Eolus for when I want good meals, at $$-$$$ prices and a nice atmosphere."
